Let your forms do the hard work.

Similar to excel calculations, you can include formulas from the very basic through to advanced within your form.  For example you could build a WorkMobile® form to capture customers order including parts, labour and VAT – calculating the price on the spot.

Formulas can also be used to validate captured data.  For example, you can add a formula that checks the ‘Email Address’ field actually contained an ‘@’ symbol before the form is submitted.  Amazing.

Are your mobile workers tired of wading through long lists of possible options to select on their form?  Well brighten up their day with our new ‘Data Link drop-down list’ tool.

You can now build your form so that only relevant results appear for their selection.  For example, if your team needs to order a replacement part in the field, ‘Data Link drop-down lists’ will allow them to select the ‘Part Name’ offering only the relevant results for their next selection i.e. ‘Part Size’ or ‘Part Colour’.
