WorkMobile® Website

Last week the WorkMobile® website had a little revamp!WebsiteHomepage

If you have visited the homepage recently, you will notice that there are now six rolling images across the top of the screen.  These are to provide more information about what WorkMobile® can do for you and where you can use it within your business.  Hopefully, first-time visitors will understand more quickly what WorkMobile® is.

There are a few new sections to the website including the Small Business Solutions and Large Business Solutions sections.  By choosing the solution most suitable to your needs, you are able to find out about the best ways that WorkMobile® can fit into your business.  You will also be advised of the benefits to your large or small business and the Return on Investment for either a 10 man team or a 50 man team.

Website visitors can now find out about the Partner Programme more easily, as there are clear links on the homepage to direct potential partners to find out why WorkMobile® is the ideal new revenue stream for them.  Once a Partner signs up, they receive a partner code and are able to access the Partner Portal where useful documents are made available so that they can go and gain new business.

The Help & Resources section contains FAQs, various helpful documents, user guides and tutorial videos.  Visit this section of the website if you need any help or support with creating forms on the www.esayworkmobile.co.uk website.

First WorkShop Wednesday….

Last Wednesday was the first WorkMobile™ WorkShop Wednesday sales training course, and the feedback has been tremendous.

The focus was really on the WorkShop, where participants could really get their hands on the product – with supervision!  We also covered a myriad of sales issues that we have encountered at first hand, giving Partners the real benefit of our experience.  Working closely with all our Business Partners helps us to understand what is needed to sell WorkMobile™, and the sales training aims to build these relationships as well as passing on useful tips and knowledge.

“I found the session to be very informative and was surprised at how much I’d not yet discovered about the features of this product.”  Said Matt Atkinson from Cleardata.

We are offering free training sessions for all companies that are signed up to our Partner Programme.

Perfect for sales staff in the field, our training sessions cover all things WorkMobile™ with sections on product knowledge and all the information you need to help clinch deals.

The WorkShop time will allow you to explore the software at first hand – with help – should you need it.

A Successful WorkMobile™ Business Partner Forum!

On Thursday 16th June in the fabulous surroundings of Telford Hotel & Golf Resort in Shropshire, the first WorkMobile™ Business Partner Forum took place.  From 9.30am attendees arrived for tea and coffees and were greeted by the WorkMobile™ team.

The forum started with Keith Curran, Head of the Partner Programme, welcoming everyone and introducing the Partner Programme.  Keith has worked within the mobile phone industry for the past 26 years and eSAY Mobile are extremely pleased that he is a major part of WorkMobile™ team and future plans.

WorkMobile™ was demonstrated live by Colin Yates, Business Programmes Director, with the help of Melonie Crompton, to great success.  

“Live demos are always risky but you and Mel pulled it off” said Neil Roberts of Zone Business Solutions Ltd.

It was explained how easy it is for a non-technical person to create a form on the WorkMobile™ website by simply clicking and dragging the items onto the phone screen.  The form comes to life in front of your eyes!  Colin also showed how the form is very easily sent to a device, completed and sent back to the computer.

The real life case studies that Colin explained were of great use to attendees.  Being able to visualise where WorkMobile™ could be implemented and how existing clients could introduce WorkMobile™ into their businesses, gave everyone the ideas and motivation they needed to start working successfully with WorkMobile™.

The day came to a close after a very informative and thought provoking Q&A session, with a lovely lunch overlooking beautiful views of the Telford countryside.  With some great feedback, questions and ideas, the WorkMobile™ team are looking forward to developing the product and the Partner Programme in the busy weeks ahead.

Project Partner . . . .

Launched in just February this year, our Partner Program has really blossomed into a strong network of eminent phone and software dealers.  Setting up the WorkMobile™ Partner Program has been a big learning curve, but this new channel has been a real boon to eSAY Mobile.  Through the Program we have met and are working with some truly inspirational people, who have also been bitten by the WorkMobile™ bug.   Neil Roberts, of Zone Business Solutions is one such Partner who had this to say about working with us:

With the Partner Program already being perceived in such high esteem, it can only get better – and our next event, the Business Partner Forum on the 16th June is receiving lots of very positive attention.  Led by Keith Curran, who joined our board earlier this year, the forum will showcase WorkMobile™ and the benefits of becoming a Partner with eSAY Mobile.  In the future, more partner events are on the horizon and with the impending launch of the WorkMobile™ online Partner Portal, agents can expect second-to-none service and support.
