2. Where does my data go and how do I collect it?

You can see the data that your field workers collect from any computer with an internet connection. You simply log in to the WorkMobile® website, view your data and even export to Microsoft Excel at any time.

3. Is the security of my data guaranteed?

We take security very seriously especially when it comes to your valuable data. We use industry standard encryption methods (SSL) to transmit data from mobile devices to the WorkMobile® servers house in our data centre. Our data centre is built to the highest specifications and includes full nightly off-site backup.

4. Is there a minimum sign up time?

Unlike lots of other mobile solution providers, WorkMobile® is pay-as-you-go.

The short answer is no. You simply top-up your account with credits and use them whenever you wish.

7. How long does a standard form take to set up?

You can be completely up and running within 10 minutes from registration. Don't believe us then give it a try.

8. Can my mobile users still use the system if I've run out of credit?

Yes. WorkMobile® lets your mobile users continue to capture and send data regardless. You'll just need to top up your account with additional credit in order to view records that haven't been paid for.
